These Terms govern your use of ImageToSTL.dev. By creating an account or purchasing a plan or credit pack, you agree to them.
ImageToSTL.dev provides AI-assisted four-view generation, 3D-model generation, online preview, printability checks, repair tools, and model-file exports. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use the service lawfully.
AI-generated results can be inaccurate, non-unique, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular printer, material, or use. You are responsible for reviewing geometry, scale, supports, wall thickness, intellectual-property rights, and safety before manufacturing or distributing a model.
A free account receives one standard generation and online preview. The free-preview model cannot be downloaded until you select Spend 20 credits to unlock downloads. A successful unlock is charged once and allows repeat downloads of that model. It also counts as use of the credit purchase that funded it. If the charge succeeds but the file cannot be delivered because of a service error, the 20 credits are returned.
Later standard projects cost 20 credits in total—5 for four views and 15 for 3D—and their generated files can be downloaded without a separate charge.
Monthly plans renew automatically until canceled:
Annual plans are $99, $249, and $699 respectively. Annual-plan credits are granted monthly, expire at the end of their monthly grant period, and do not roll over. Canceling stops future renewals but does not ordinarily refund or extend the current paid period.
One-time packs are $12.99 for 100 credits, $32.99 for 300 credits, and $99.99 for 1,000 credits. They are available with or without a subscription. Prices are set in USD; Waffo may display a converted local-currency amount at checkout.
Hobby permits personal use. Creator supports commercial use. Studio supports commercial use and resale. Plan concurrency, queue priority, and history retention are shown on the pricing page and apply while the plan is active.
We return eligible refunds to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on Waffo and your financial institution.
Any of the following makes the linked purchase used: successfully completing a generation with its credits; unlocking or downloading a model that was previously preview-only; using a paid processing, repair, or export feature; or receiving and exercising a commercial license or paid file tied to that payment. After use, the current purchase and its remaining credits are not ordinarily refundable. Annual payments are not prorated by unused months or credits after the 14-day window.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Contact support for duplicate charges, payment errors, or problems that the automated refund flow cannot resolve.
You retain your rights in content you upload and are responsible for having permission to use it. You grant us and our service providers the limited rights needed to process, store, transform, and deliver that content. You must not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content, to violate another person's privacy or publicity rights, or to bypass security and usage controls.
Payments, recurring billing, subscription management, and refunds are processed by Waffo. Do not send us full card numbers or security codes. We may change future pricing or service features with appropriate notice; a change does not retroactively alter an already completed purchase.
We may suspend access for fraud, chargebacks, misuse, legal requirements, or material breach. Sections that by nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue to apply.
